Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional reception services; greeting visitors, managing calls and coordinating access passes.

Act as a central contact for office queries, liaising with vendors and contractors to ensure efficient operations.

Oversee office supplies, mail handling and courier services.

Support with invoice coding, approvals and general administrative tasks.
