London - £36,000 (UK Income Tax Exempt)
Are you an administrative and audit professional who thrives in a structured, high-accountability environment? We’re partnering with a specialised agency seeking an Audit Administration Coordinator to join their offices in London.
This is your opportunity to combine your administrative expertise, audit preparation experience, and technical skills to support global oversight, transparency, and governance at one of the world’s leading international organisations.
The Role
You’ll play a central role in keeping oversight and audit activities running smoothly; from documentation and audit preparation to data tracking and reporting. This position blends administrative precision, audit coordination, and transactional accounting understanding in a truly international context.
In this role, you will:
- Support planning, coordination, and preparation for internal and external audits.
- Review and organise audit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide administrative and operational support across the oversight function, maintaining records, schedules, and action trackers.
- Monitor and report on transactional accounts - including invoices, billings, and both direct and indirect cost items.
- Apply a strong technical mindset, using tools like Excel, SharePoint, and data dashboards to manage and analyse information.
- Track and follow up on audit recommendations and oversight actions, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain effective communication with key internal and external partners: chasing updates, following up on requests, and supporting collaboration across teams.
- Assist with compliance checklists, reports, and dashboards that strengthen oversight and transparency across the organisation.
About You
You’re organised, analytical, and tech-savvy - equally comfortable reviewing documentation, managing audit records, and working with data or financial transactions. You bring structure to complexity and enjoy making processes more efficient.
You’ll need:
- A degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or data analytics.
- 3+ years’ experience in administration, audit, or oversight (internal or external).
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and transactional processes - invoices, payments, billings, and reconciliations.
- Strong technical capability with Excel, SharePoint, and other data or reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communication skills - you’re proactive in chasing information, liaising with colleagues, and ensuring progress across multiple workstreams.
Desirable:
- Experience in a large, international, or highly regulated organisation.
- Professional audit or accounting qualifications (e.g. CIA, ACCA, CPA, CISA) – an advantage but not essential.
