Audit & Accounts: Mid/Senior/Manager - Berkshire

A Top 100 Accounting Firm Based in Maidenhead

A Top 100 accounting firm based in Maidenhead is seeking part-qualified and qualified professionals. The roles' primary focus is high-quality audit and accounting for a diverse client base. Our client is looking to hire across varying levels, including:

  • Part-Qualified – Mid Senior Audit & Accounts
  • Newly Qualified – Senior Audit & Accounts
  • Qualified – Manager Audit & Accounts

Key Responsibilities (will vary depending on level):

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Lead audit planning, delivery, and completion: 70% Audit & 30% Accounts
  • Collaborate with and coach team members
  • Build strong client relationships across audit and accounts
  • Prepare final accounts and advise

Skills & Experience

  • Part-qualified and/or qualified: ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
  • Background in accountancy practice (Audit & Accounts): 70% Audit & 30% Accounts or 100% Audit
  • Proficient in CCH tools, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong organisational and client-facing skills
  • Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
  • Commitment to professional standards
