
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Business Change Project Manager to support key transformation programmes within Honda Motor Europe. In particular, this role will lead the continued rollout and optimisation of a major European direct-to-consumer sales pilot in UK, while also supporting the deployment of new CRM technologies designed to enhance performance.
Operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, you will manage a complex landscape of stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners — working with autonomy and confidence to ensure delivery. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of people, process, and technology, requiring exceptional change leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to turn strategic intent into real-world results.
You’ll need to be highly people-savvy — capable of building trust, gaining alignment, and winning hearts and minds across all levels of the programme to drive momentum and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business change projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Develops and maintains detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for business change initiatives.
- Leads and motivates the project team to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Engages and influences stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Drives effective communication and change adoption strategies across impacted teams.
- Works closely with technical project manager to ensure business change activity aligns with technical timelines and requirements.
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Produces and maintains Project Charter, including defining scope and objectives.
Required
- Proven track record in managing complex business change projects on fast-moving, multi-faceted transformation programmes.
- A self-starter, able to identify their own priorities and the key activities to keep a programme successfully moving at pace.
- Exceptional communication skills. Able to influence, persuade, and communicate with a diverse stakeholder pool. Able to communicate appropriate, concise, and accurate information in written and verbal formats.
- Able to take full responsibility and ownership for completion of tasks.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working in an international matrixed organisation. The role is initially for 6 months with the potential to extend.
The role is inside IR35 and the day rate is £500 per day ( £130k annual salary equivalent). Excellent environment with 3 days a week in Bracknell and 2 days WFH, 1pm finish on a Friday!
