We are recruiting for a Business Coordinator to support our team. We are an energetic and quality focussed team and we are looking for someone who enjoys variety and working in a busy and demanding role and is customer-centric. No 2 days will be the same, you will be supporting our office manager in ensuring all our candidates are compliant, supporting the sales team with organising interviews and sending out marketing material dealing with initial enquires and being the first point of contact for clients and candidates. You will also be using a number of systems so we really want someone who is very comfortable with technology and actually is very inquisitive and will look to streamline processes.
We are a niche Recruitment and Training Business with an enviable reputation amongst our Clients and Candidates. The pandemic has changed how we work, and in our opinion, improved us as a business. We operate remotely, flexibly, but have great new offices in Maidenhead, so we can offer the best of all worlds. The role is full time, however, we would consider a 4 day week or part-time hours across 5 days.
The role will develop around your skills and the needs of the business but will definitely be both challenging and interesting.
Profile
We are looking for an experienced Business Coordinator who has strong commercial acumen and ideally you will have worked in a sales or customer service environment. You will need to be technically strong and willing to learn and maintain our internal systems.
