We need a Business Manager/Area Manager or Project Manager with experience within the automotive industry who has experience of improving customer satisfaction and profitability?
We are currently recruiting for a global automotive organisation who are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will assist the Dealer Business Performance management team strengthen profitability of the Auto and Motorcycle Dealer networks across Europe. In this role, the BDM will build on their current experience within the motor industry and gain wide experience of European Dealer activity and performance, in automobiles and Motorcycles which will provide a string foundation for future career development.
- Extensive experience of monthly composite reports that provide data and information regarding the financial performance of the networks at dealer, national and Pan-European levels.
- Provide analysis and summaries of performance of networks to Senior Management.
- Work with Branch management to extend dealer composite to a greater number of dealers, and to improve data quality where already established
- To collate and produce high quality reports and dashboards of activities and performance of Car and Motorcycle dealers from European markets to identify opportunities, set targets and track performance.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills , enthusiastic and good interpersonal skills. Would suit a Business Manager from a dealership looking for an opportunity to work directly for the manufacturer. Motorcycle industry experience would be advantageous. Excellent long term potential to be more involved strategically and potentially a permanent role. The role is inside IR35 and pay rate is £180 per day PAYE or £240 via an umbrella agency.
