Job Description
Main Tasks / Accountabilities

Sell IT hardware business-to-business, to corporate or end users.

Utilise and contact the existing customer database to understand customers’ current and future business needs.

Identify and call potential new customers, develop them into active clients, and manage the process via all communication channels, including LinkedIn and email.

Respond to telephone and email queries, preparing and agreeing written quotations (including specifications).

Manage the customer database (HubSpot) to ensure CRM details are accurate and processes are followed.

Meet personal weekly/monthly sales revenue and margin targets.

Achieve KPIs: 40–60 minutes of telephone conversations per day and 10+ new opportunities (quotations) per month.

Expand purchasing from existing customers within the current product range.

Liaise with Purchasing, Engineering, and other teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Book, attend, and host customer meetings.
Note: This list is not exhaustive; other duties may be required as needed.
Targets and Commission

Long-term goals: 50+ active customers; 25 sales per month; 15+ unique customer sales per month.

Commission Structure: Threshold is two times base salary, then estimated 10% commission (up to 17%).

On-Target Earnings (OTE):
-
Initial: £10K gross profit per month as soon as possible.

Year 1: £100K+ gross profit.
-
2–3 years: £30K gross profit per month (£360K per annum).

Senior Account Manager: £50K–£80K gross profit per month.
