Client Relationship Manager
We are looking for a team of Client Relationship Mangers to start over the coming months. This role will see you leading and supporting your team and customers whilst delivering first class service to exceed client expectations and ensure profit margins are achieved.
The Role:
This role is to support film and production crews in ensuring they are COVID 19 secure, by organising and delivering the relevant COVID-19 procedures to all their staff. As a Client Relationship manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring their processes are smooth and problem free. You’ll be promoting high quality practices across the delivery of all our their services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building a good working relationship with all the teams on your production.
- Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships to consistently deliver excellent service and maximise revenue.
- To forecast and manage pressure on the labs to form a system which works for both the client and the laboratory.
- To ensure your team are achieving the highest possible standards of cleanliness, safety, and accuracy.
- Liaise with the wider teams (including transport/couriers, PPE/stock, void swabs/waste, bookings, public health advice) to ensure all work streams are coordinated and contributing to safe, efficient, and effective operations.
- Monitor booking numbers and liaise with the Resourcing and HR Department to ensure sufficient staff numbers are available.
- Receive and manage stock levels, ordering appropriate levels to avoid service disruption of any kind.
- Provide a daily report of tests carried out and overview of results to the client.
- Ensure a smooth flow of information between your team and Site Team/COVID Team, highlighting key issues in a timely way.
- Foresee and neutralise problems in an organised and calm manner.
- Own the invoicing, budgeting, reporting, and planning aspects of the dedicated production.
- Create and implement initiatives that will deliver increase in revenue, retention of staff and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll bring to the team:
- Proven experience of working in a fast pace, ever changing environment.
- Success as a people manager and developer of teams.
- In depth experience of Account Management and Business Development.
- Multi-Million £ Account portfolios with growth examples.
- Experience of managing operations or logistics in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrable experience of leading a team, supervising staff, prioritising, and scheduling workloads of team to deadlines.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with changing requirements, high pressure situations, and stressful environments.
Our ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly and sensitively with a wide range of people, some of whom will be nervous and anxious. As a client relationship manager, you’ll be key in ensuring they don’t feel unnecessary stress.
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for candidates who have availability to work and adapt to new projects either immediately, or at short notice and who are able to travel Overseas as and when required.
