Progressive, focused and dedicated Client Relationship Manager needed for a luxury serviced office brand that is looking to continue growth in London, and need two commercial Client Relationship Managers for two city-based buildings. With a background in leisure, hotels, hospitality; this role will allow you to run a building as if it were your own business. Managing all areas from profit and loss through to team management. The Role
- Responsible for team management, recruitment and induction.
- Profit and loss accountability
- Own and drive the client journey from end to end, ensuring we are consistently exceeding clients’ expectations and maximising conversion
- Onboarding - manage client key touchpoints throughout their term
- Retention – own the end to the end renewal process,
- Manage client move out efficiently, cost-effectively and smoothly, including any build works project management.
Skills Needed
- Experience of Profit and Loss and confidence in management
- Hospitality experience
- Focused on delivering an exemplary customer service
- Proudly professional and value-driven.
