We have an urgent requirement for a compensation and benefits manager to come and work for a prestigious marketing agency who partner with sensational brands providing amazing content based in London! This is a contract position to cover paternity, please only apply if you are available to start work almost immediately.
As the Compensation and Benefits Manager you would be managing the payroll for the business alongside two other sister companies ensuring accuracy and supporting with any queries that should arise. The Compensation and Benefits Manager is also required to liaise with external providers to ensure contracts are in renewed, competitive and fit for purpose.
Key responsibilities
- Management of the payroll for the main business and two other agencies
- Advise colleagues regarding any payroll changes or queries they may have surrounding their pay or pension
- Ensure enrolment onto the pension scheme for new starters
- Generate and analyse reports relating to payroll, starters, leavers and provide any key trends to senior stakeholders
Profile
You will have meticulous attention to detail with a strong ability to communicate whilst navigating systems and generating various reports. Candidates must demonstrate an analytical mindset alongside strong communication skills. The Compensation and Benefits Manager must be able to build strong and lasting relationships internally and externally with ease.
This is a 5 month contract position to cover paternity leave, please apply if you are able to commit to this length of contract and can be available almost immediately to start in the role.
