This is an opportunity for a customer focused professional to embrace a rewarding and varied new role as a Customer Experience Executive with a small yet growing company that markets a unique range of baby formula milk to leading UK Retailers, independent Pharmacies and Health stores.
Joining a small yet established team, this role offers you the scope to learn all about the business and its fabulous products at an exciting time as the business is about to launch its very own E-commerce platform alongside operating within large Retail stores.
The role day to day involves:
• Providing professional customer service through responding to enquiries via email, telephone and social media channels
• Working to clear guidelines, learning about the products and legal regulations within the field
• Producing the production of FAQ’s for customers across the various platforms
• Supporting the business, management team and colleagues by learning key aspects of the day to day operation of the business such as order processing and providing general administrative support when needed
• Customer complaint handling and providing product advice
This role will also be key in attending conferences throughout the year with the wider team to showcase the product and increase awareness of the brand.
About you:
- You will be well experienced working on social media channels and responding to customer queries
- You will also have a passion or qualification in nutrition or a similar field
- You will be committed to providing exceptional customer service and be creative in your style of thinking and working to seek improvement.
- You will have a caring and passionate nature to be able to empathise with customers facing challenges in their feeding & parenting challenges.

Whilst this role is a fully remote role, there is regular travel to locations within the Southeast for team meetings and conferences across the UK. We therefore need someone who can travel to showcases and conferences when needed.
