Are you an ambitious and dynamic Data Manager seeking a challenging contract with a global automotive organisation?
The New Business department is looking to lever new digital tools to improve synergies across the customer’s digital purchase and ownership journey and synchronise the on-line and off-line customer experience. Reporting to the Digital Retail Department manager, this role covers the data management requirements of the New Business Department and Sales Departments. The successful candidate will need to maintain and develop a number of Excel and Microstrategy reports, as well as contributing to the development of new reporting systems and understanding new trends as our client supports customers digitally with new features and new services.
Duties
- Analysis of all data related to Digital Retail Platform focusing on High Value Behaviours and reporting on the trends.
- Modelling of customer behaviour to understand closing ratio at different stages of the sales funnel: from Unique Visitors, Test Drive Requests, Brochure Requests, Customer Account Registration, Leads shared with Dealers, and orders placed.
- Data analysis of sales figures & developing the central European reporting function -keeping and improving data reliability, accuracy of reporting, and data coherence.
- Support Sales Planning activity by providing relevant analysis for Regional Sales Managers (RSM).
The successful candidate ideally will have some Google Analytics Experience and Advanced Excel is a must. The role is initially 12 months with the potential to extend. A brilliant opportunity to join a progressive automotive organisation who are experiencing continued success.
