Executive Assistant to Managing Director
An exceptionally interesting role to support the Managing Director of a prestigious sporting organisation within the Berkshire area.
We are looking to appoint an EA with experience supporting at a high level. This is likely to suit someone who has worked for a private household, HNW individuals or similar.
An interest in sport/events would be beneficial. Due to the nature of the role some weekend commitments will be required.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing full day-to-day administrative support, correspondence, phone, diary management, meeting arrangements, email monitoring, expense claims
- Screening and prioritising e-mail, mail and phone calls.
- Research and preparation of reports
- Management of ad hoc projects
- Supporting the Venue Operations, Property and Technology department
- Taking minutes/actions at various meetings for distribution to the Board and relevant various parties.
- Manage the flow of information between the Managing Director and Departmental Managers
- Coordination of projects involving multiple Managers across various Departments
- Managing the schedules for key activities including domestic properties portfolio.
- Liaising with Managing Agents with relation to rented property Dealing with the correspondence for Insurance Claims
- Ad hoc duties to cover sickness and/or holiday periods for other EA’s or PA’s
Skills/Experience:
- Senior level EA experience – likely to suit someone who has previously worked for a private household/HNW individual or similar.
- A good standard of education
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills – ability to confidently liaise with high profile clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels

A motivated self-starter, able to work on their own initiative and manage their own projects. Flexible attitude essential.
Salary Guide: £46,000 – Excellent benefits.
There will be some requirements to cover events at the weekend/Bank holidays for part days with time off in lieu.
