We are seeking a highly effective, dynamic and results focussed EMEA HR Director who has the ability to drive change. The EMEA HR Director will drive change by building strong, credible relationships and delivering quality improvements. The organisation are keen to improve the HR service by upskilling the HR team to be a strategic partner to the managers, empowering them to attract, retain and develop their teams effectively. The role will be operational however, we also need an individual who has a strategic focus to further develop the HR proposition.
Key responsibilities:

Manage a HR team ensuring they are aligned to your vison

Navigate work councils and unions effectively

Champion the full HR remit ensuring all functions are fit for purpose
Profile
You will have worked across EMEA within a manufacturing business (or similar) and have experience of unions including European work councils. The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy and passionate about leading HR initiatives across EMEA. You must have the confidence and communicative skills to challenge the status quo. Initially the role will be driving and embracing change so you must have demonstrable experience of this alongside knowing what 'good' looks like. We are looking for a high potential individual with gravitas and strong influencing ability. A candidate who has experience of working within a US organisation would be highly advantageous.
