We are recruiting for an exciting new administration role with a well-known global company who are seeking an experienced sales coordinator to provide support to Automotive Sales Operations both Retail, Corporate & Logistics. This fantastic opportunity supports events management and travel for the department, the Senior Leadership Team and also England Rugby Union Partnership events!
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative activity within the Sales Ops Team and support for field based associates. Duties include database maintenance, raising purchase orders, payment and coding of invoices and query resolution.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to build on their existing administration experience or a returner to work who has solid administration experience and can commit to a 13 month contract (maternity cover).
Qualifications, skills and experience required/desirable:
- Experience of making travel and accommodation bookings
- Managing the communication strategy and payment of automotive events
- Great communicator with the ability to build relationships externally and internally
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines- proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Able to multi-task and work with speed and efficiency.
- Capable of working under pressure.
