We are recruiting for a dynamic and progressive global technology business who have a newly created role available for a hands-on Global Sales Commission and Bonus Analyst. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience of financial data analysis, sales compensation and commissions calculations. You should ideally have 3-5 years’ experience and this role will be supporting the implementation of the Sales Compensation & Bonus Planning platform and then responsible for the administration of all Sales and Bonus plans. Experience of administering large-scale sales incentive plans and variable compensation and bonus programs essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Working collaboratively across sales and customer success teams to track, synthesize and report on performance metrics
- Owning the end-to-end plan execution of sales incentive and bonus programs; including administration of the global sales compensation framework, templates, quota allocation, plan delivery, exception approval, and review of calculations in conjunction with Business Operations, Sales Leadership, Finance, HR and the Board.
- Driving operational excellence, accuracy, timeliness, consistency and compliance as defined by the corresponding compensation programs and plans.
The successful candidate will be main point of contact for incentive and bonus related requests. Knowledge of Xactly is beneficial but full training is provided. A Finance background desirable and you must have advanced Excel skills.
