We are looking for a Head of Business Transformation to join a forward-thinking Housing and Property Management organisation to support and enable them to achieve their corporate business plan and strategic ambitions.
It’s highly likely you have been a Programme Manager or Project Manager with solid Business Transformation experience at a senior level and you are already a Director or Head of Department but looking for a fresh new challenge.
As Head of Business Transformation, you will get the opportunity to implement organisational change and lead a portfolio of company-wide programme management services.
With overall responsibility for leading and managing the Business Transformation team, you will provide high-level support and be able to challenge the Senior Leadership team on all elements of Business Transformation through your excellent Business Partnering expertise.
The role;
- Overall accountability for leading and managing a pro-active and expert Business Transformation function
- Business Partner and support senior stakeholders in the delivery of the Company Corporate Plan and strategic ambitions
- Own the company portfolio, programme and project management methodology including setting up of governance structures
- Support the CIO in the implementation of the strategic execution of key programmes and projects
- Contribute the overall company vision, strategies and business plans through the building of collaborative relationships across the business
- Implement organisational change management through your refined influencing and negotiating skills
Skills & experience;
- You should be a Senior Business Transformation expert with solid experience in project management, organisational change, programme management and managing a corporate improvement portfolio
- A natural leader of people with experience of financial, contract and risk management.
- Ability to quickly and clearly demonstrate your ability to build powerful and collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Ideally, you will have experience of either Property Management or the Housing Industry but will have also worked across other sectors to bring an open and creative mindset to the business
- Experience of PRINCE2 or similar and a degree or professional qualification are also preferred but your overall experience and future potential are of the highest importance.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Collaborative, flexible, honest and credible with the gravitas to earn respect and trust
