This really is an innovative company ready to take the construction industry by storm with their outstanding technology, uniting the trade community with a rapid delivery app making it easy for trade to receive the products they know and trust in as little as an hour, at the touch of a button!
This role would suit anyone with drive, passion and ambition to grow with a great company. You will have a real voice in this role, creating and executing the sales strategy you put in place from your many years of experience in a fast paced sales environment, where you will have previously had success in acquiring new business along with building, mentoring and managing a highly successful sales team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead on all sales strategies
- Drive business development
- Manage key accounts and oversee national accounts
- Manage and ensure success of sales team
- Optimise sales process
Bits about you:
- 6yrs+ sales experience with both B2C and B2B
- 3yrs+ of successfully building and leading high performance sales teams
- You thrive on pressure and deadlines
- You are self motivated and proactive
