We are seeking a passionate, driven and confident HR professional to join a busy and changing HR department as the Senior HR Advisor. As the Senior HR Advisor you will be hands on and keen to deliver generalist HR activity at an operational and strategic level. The Senior HR Advisor will work very closely with the HR Manager to deliver and implement value added solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support with the development of junior HR members of the team
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to understand the needs of the business
- Streamline and improve processes/policies to benefit the wider organisation
- Manage all employee relation cases mitigating risk at all times
Profile
You will be meticulous, confident and keen to find creative solutions. As the HR Business Partner you will review current processes and policies ensuring that they are streamlined and fit for purpose. Your influencing ability will be evident with experience of implementing HR solutions previously.
Applicants must be CIPD level 5 upwards (or equivalent)
