We are looking for a highly ambitious, driven and proactive HR Advisor. As the HR Advisor you will support across the full employee life cycle and manage multiple projects with success. The business is making some positive changes that would allow the HR Advisor to develop, take accountability and make a real impact across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Advising employees on HR queries such as maternity, paternity, holidays and sickness
- Coaching and guiding managers to deal with HR issues themselves
- Coordinating recruitment activities with line managers, agencies and candidates
- Managing multiple projects from beginning to end
- Adhoc administration duties
Profile
You will be dynamic, influential and have a keen eye for detail. Your communication skills will be excellent, alongside your ability to influence senior stakeholders. As the HR Advisor you will be keen to deliver and drive forward positive change.
