We are exclusively recruiting for a HR Business Partner who is both operational and strategic with a commercial acumen. As the HR Business Partner, you will be based within a standalone position and expected to drive change whilst redesigning processes and procedures to ensure the HR function is fit for purpose.
Key responsibilities
- Leading on TUPE transfers with great effect, mitigating any risk to the business.
- Assessing current processes and procedures to make necessary changes in line with business needs, ensuring the department runs smoothly.
- Driving significant change across the business.
- Influence senior stakeholders to implement key business decisions.
Profile
You will be hands on, driven and delivery focused. You will have worked within a global organisation highlighting a strong understanding of different cultures and the challenges this can present. Ideally you will have come from a technology or software background where you have worked at pace and under pressure. You will have a commercially focused mindset with the want and drive to take ownership.
