We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced People Partner for a Global Software Company. As the People Partner, you will work alongside a highly influential People Director to bring the HR function in house.
You will support and coach the leadership team, drive performance outcomes and ensure employee experience is managed throughout their employment. You’ll be confident to make change happen and add real value that will support the company’s ambitious growth plans!
Key skills
- Support with rolling out the company vision and values ensuring these are being communicated and embedded across the organisation effectively
- Tech Savvy – experience with a range of systems / platforms
- Play an active part in increasing and analysing overall employee engagement
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure that performance is being managed effectively, succession planning is being well thought out and recognition is being noticed
- Work alongside the Talent function to create a streamlined onboarding process and share ideas to attract the best talent to the business
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to understand individual and departmental needs/wants
- Advise employees and managers on HR and ER issues ensuring the best outcome
Profile
