Are you an experienced HRBP that is looking to focus on driving the HR strategy without the additional pull of any ER case load? am looking for an experienced and dedicated HRBP professional that has proven expertise in driving the HR agenda forward alongside a given division/business that takes ownership of their delivery.
This is an exciting role working alongside the region of a progressive Facilities Business located near Woking, Surrey.
The role:
- Create robust Talent succession plans at all levels within the business
- Support in any transformation/change programs and people initiatives
- Train, upskill and support our People managers to ensure they have the skills needed
- Report on key metrics from the HR system to provide credible insights into key areas within the business
- Provide People updates to the board and wider stakeholders when necessary.
- Help develop and implement the businesses Diversity and Inclusion strategies so they live and breath within the teams

- Someone who has a strong business acumen and understanding of how to support Stakeholders to create an environment which talent thrives and everyone is included
- Someone who has proven experience integrating the needs of the business with a great people agenda
- Someone who has strong skills in leading change and also project
- Someone who is confident to coach and mentor their peers in the wider HR team to ensure the whole team is following best practices.

This is a hybrid role with candidates expected to be able to visit the office location 2 days per week where possible. This progressive employer will also consider candidates looking to work a 4 day week and also support ongoing learning.
