We are seeking a forward thinking, passionate and engaging HR Business Partner to come and work for a Global organisation who manufacturers a large range of items to well known household brands. The HR Business Partner will implement key processes and design new initiatives to change the way HR is perceived ensuring that valuable change is being executed with a positive embrace. As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for engaging and coaching key stakeholders to ensure they feel empowered and are accountable for lower level HR issues.
Key responsibilities
- Support with talent development plans so that employees have a clear career path and can be progressed in the right way
- Coach and guide managers with how to manage performance, engagement and talent development
- Management of all ER cases, creating initiatives to reduce the amount of caseload
- Generate, analyse and utilise data from across the business to make informed decisions
- Build strong and lasting relationships across the business and ensure there is a continued open, collaborative relationship with the wider HR team to continue alignment
Profile
You will be driven, dynamic and motivated to make impactful changes. You will have the confidence and presence to coach managers to deal with certain situations enabling you to implement more strategic HR.
