HR Coordinator - City of London

We are currently looking for an ambitious and motivated HR Coordinator who is passionate about supporting across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Working for an exciting organisation who partner with world renowned brands! 

As the HR Coordinator you will be exposed to a wide variety of HR where you will have the opportunity add value whilst developing your skills within a fast paced department. This is an initial 12 month FTC however, there is a real likeliness this will extend or become a permanent fixture. 

Specifically, you will be involved in:

  • Support with the onboarding admin process ensuring accuracy 
  • Enter detailed employee information into various database and systems 
  • Support the wider HR team with adhoc administrative duties 
  • Ensure all relevant payroll information is updated and communicate any changes effectively 
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally across the business
