We are exclusively working for a rapidly growing, global technology organisation who are seeking a highly operational yet strategically focused HR Director to head up the UK HR function, managing a team of 5 with a current client base of 450. The business is rapidly growing so this is a really exciting time for a HR Director to join the business and drive forward the operational capabilities.
Key skills required
- A confident, dynamic and resilient senior HR business partner/HR Director, who has ideally worked within a matrixed, tech organisation
- Solid, operational generalist with strong leadership and influencing skills
- The ability to work at pace and manage change
- Solutions focused with a passion for delivery
- You will need to have experience of HR operations and ideally have played an instrumental role in establishing processes and procedures
- A commercial acumen to operate as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders
