We are exclusively working for a rapidly growing technology organisation who are seeking an operational and strategically focused HR Director to head up the Nordics HR function effectively. The position will lead the 4 Nordic regions with a remotely based team, this role will be based out of one of the Nordics Countries.
Key responsibilities
Leading a HR team successfully, supporting with their development and harnessing the talent within
Identifying key challenges and implementing strategies to maximise performance
Integrating regional and country HR to implement a more streamlined approach and encourage collaboration across regions
Conducting a full generalist HR position with a strong operational and strategic focus
Profile
We are looking for a commercially focused HR Director who has experience of all Nordic cultures and employment laws. The HR Director must convey strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience of coaching and supporting teams alongside senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a matrix organisation. You must have experience of working closely with unions and engaging in negotiations.

You must be able to influence senior stakeholders whilst building strong relationships across the business and highlighting your credibility.
The ability speak fluent English and one Nordic language is essential.
