We are looking for a qualified and capable HR professional, who has the desire to implement progressive and notable changes across a business. You will be supporting a well-established HR team who are eager and willing to develop and coach you to success!
In this role you will:
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on all HR and ER policies and procedures.
- Take control of the absence management and highlight any anomalies or trends.
- Support with training, development, pay reviews and benefits.
- Take ownership for onboarding of candidates creating an exceptional experience for new starters.
About you:
- You will be highly professional, and ambitious and demonstrate a passion for HR.
- You will have strong HR generalist skills with experience of advising and coaching employees with HR issues/support.
- The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to work and be willing to get ‘stuck in’ as and when required.
- Would suit someone with a minimum 2 years’ experience
