We are exclusively recruiting for an experienced HR & Payroll Manager for an exciting business looking at exceptional growth.
They will have the opportunity to work with some great beauty brands, which you will of course get discount on. This newly created position will work closely with the leadership team within the organisation whilst managing a small team of their own, including payroll. You will be reporting to the Head of HR and will gain a deep understanding of existing and developing HR strategy,
This position would be ideal for an induvial from a larger environment where they have been exposed to the full range of added value initiatives such as Engagement, D&I, CSR, and are ready to take the next step.
The individual I am looking for must demonstrate:
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to be detailed oriented and highly organised.
- Huge level of skill handling confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Extensive experience in contributing and implementing projects.
- Proven experience managing a payroll process.
- Proven record of delegating and managing a team effectively.
- Managing Human Resources related responsibilities at a professional level.
- Implement daily activities and perform managerial responsibilities.
- Advising on complex employee queries using HR knowledge and relationship management resources
- You must have a strong technical knowledge across the full range of HR balanced by practical, pragmatic and solution orientated approach to queries and problem solving.
Essential.
- Multi-site and blue-collar experience are essential.
- CIPD qualified level 5
- Experience of managing a team.
- Project oriented.
- Experience managing payroll process.
Head office is based at Gatwick with WFH options available and be willing to travel to multiple sites across the UK.
