We are seeking a confident, proactive and an operationally focused Multi Site HR Manger who can build relationships with ease across 4 business units. As the HR Manager you will be building and enhancing stakeholder capabilities whilst being highly visible across the organisation. The HR Manager will ensure that the operational excellence is too a high standard and ensure that the business objectives are being carried out.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and coach senior leaders capabilities to allow more accountability
- Manage complex employee relations casework and ensure any common trends are addressed and discussed with senior leaders
- Enhance operational processes and procedures so that the department runs more smoothly
- Build strong and lasting relationships across several business units to highlight the capability of HR
- Management of a HR assistant, supporting with daily duties, performance and enhancing their career
Profile
You will be empathetic, pragmatic and influential. As the HR Manager you will be present and able to make key business decisions with the employees in the forefront of your mind. You must be passionate about operational excellence and keen to make key process improvements.
