Our client is seeking an experienced People Services Partner to lead and develop their HR Administration (People Services) team. Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, the successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. The People Services Partner will be responsible for team leadership, HR administration, and compliance, and will play a key role in supporting strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and organise the day-to-day operations of the People Services Admin team, ensuring the efficient delivery of all HR services

Maintain the accuracy of employee records

Provide strong and supportive leadership to a small team, driving high performance whilst still driving operational excellence yourself

Support the implementation of HR systems, including data preparation and integration

Ensure HR compliance and best practice, including experience with SuccessFactors

Support ad hoc HR projects alongside day-to-day responsibilities

Provide end-to-end employee lifecycle support, including administration for employees, line managers, and HR colleagues

Collaborate effectively with Payroll and HR Business Partners across other departments to ensure alignment
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in HR administration leadership roles

Strong knowledge of HR systems, including SuccessFactors, and HR compliance

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes

A detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical approach to continuous improvement

Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams
