We are exclusively looking for an immediately available HR/ Payroll Administrator to join a growing, global, retail brand based in Langley, Berkshire. The company are currently going through some exciting and positive growth so are looking for someone who is pro-active and passionate about making a difference.
Key responsibilities
- Working closely with the outsource payroll provider to manage a payroll for approx. 150 employees
- Knowledge of ATOS system
- P11d reporting
- Pension letters
- Being the first point of contact for general payroll and benefits queries
- Confidently dealing with personnel at all levels
The ideal candidate will be engaging, influential and passionate about payroll, ideally you will have experience working with a blue-collar workforce (or similar).
You will need to be able to work independently and confidently in all aspects of payroll but also have the ability to think outside the box.
You will enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement sharing your time between working remotely and joining the team in their head office.
The role is initially for 1-2 months and is inside IR35 with an hourly rate of £15ph-£20ph depending on experience.
