Senior HR Project Coordinator

We are looking for a superstar. The role is pivotal to the European HR function and really is the glue that keeps the function operating effectively. The role is diverse, and no two days are the same and the ability to work at pace and be proactive is key. There is extensive communication involved working with senior c suite stakeholders and you will be the main point of contact for all European projects liaising with the in-country HR teams. The role has a high content of admin and is responsible for pulling together key data so attention to detail is key. The role will involve being the lead on some projects but acting as the key support for other ongoing global projects. A key part of the role will be managing the recruitment reporting and collaborating with local Hr teams currently there are 80 open reqs.
We are looking for an HR Coordinator who has strong understanding of employment law and the full employee life cycle, someone who is exceptionally well organised enjoys working with data and has the ability to interpret and make recommendations. You need to be confident liaising with senior stakeholders who can be demanding and be comfortable to push back where necessary and challenge the status quo. Previous project management experience is also needed to manage and lead on the ongoing European projects. The business is evolving, and the successful candidate needs to have the desire and ability to look at ways to make the function more effective and use their initiative. The role has a high degree of autonomy, so they need to be a self-starter flexible with working hours due to the role having a global remit. Fantastic career opportunity for the right individual.
