As the HR Business Partner you will contribute to the growth and transformation of the business as well as making prominent changes to the HR function. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting with a number of exciting projects that drive forward engagement, wellbeing and help shape the culture. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will actively shape the people strategy and manage a diverse range of day-to-day HR issues and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing guidance on employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, mediation, performance monitoring, and redundancy.
- Continuous enhancement and maintenance of HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Monitoring and providing expert advice on relevant legislation, compliance, and best practices.
- Collaborating with external advisors for complex HR matters as needed.
- Direct line management of team of 6 HR professionals alongside providing mentorship to the wider HR team.
- Regular reporting and strategic recommendations to the HR Director.
- Active involvement in significant TUPE projects and potential future acquisitions.
