We have a brand-new opportunity for a proactive HR Business Partner who is used to working as an integral part of a management team, who has great judgement and a high degree of emotional intelligence, to join our exceptional team of HR professionals, providing a “best in class” people partnering service, that supports successful business outcomes.
The role is a 6-month FTC with one of the biggest family-owned construction businesses in the UK that care about their people, clients and the environment. We can accept applications from those looking for both full-time and part-time (3-4 days per week) working options.

This diverse role will make good use of your extensive experience across the entire employee lifecycle, including employee relations, succession planning, TUPE, organisation design and implementation etc.
There will also be ample opportunity for you to contribute to both the design and delivery of strategic initiatives.

- Delivery of an ambitious people agenda that is aligned with the broader commercial strategy
- Developing and implementing people plans with senior managers
- Defining, leading and promoting best practice, along with professional advice, on all people matters

- Ensuring a consistent approach and delivery across all stakeholder groups

Significant experience in dealing with complex employee relations cases, organisation design, and translating strategy into operationally focused business solutions is essential.
We also require a formal qualification such as a CIPD Level 7 or postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience.
A full and valid driving license is essential, as you will be based near Uxbridge but required to travel to Milton Keynes and Peterborough.
