We have an urgent opportunity for a proactive, dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner to join a rapidly growing Technology business who truly care & invest in their employees.
This is initially an Interim contract but with definite scope to convert to a long perm opportunity. Ideally you will have both operational and strategic experience across the full life cycle of HR and be used to delivering exceptional results. As HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal part in shaping this organisations future and making key business decisions to support with positive change and continuous growth across core business functions. The role will help build a culture of continuous learning, put L&D plans in place, develop high performing teams, responsibility of any employee relations management, succession planning and reflecting the Company values.
Ideally you will be a degree educated, CIPD Level 7 qualified or close to completion, hands-on, meticulous HR professional. You will have the ability to influence others whilst delivering business objectives & have exposure to working through a period of change so you can demonstrate your adaptability with ease.
