Signet are currently supporting an International, purpose led organisation with a lovely hire into their HR team. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional to support recruitment, communications, and HR reporting activities on a temporary basis as a maternity cover. You will work in a close knit HR team, and be under the supervision of the Head of HR, and in close coordination with the HR Officers, Workforce Planning and Recruitment. The role will have responsibility for supporting activities related to recruitment and other HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent, temporary, and consultancy roles, including drafting job descriptions and adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.

Coordinate assessments and interviews, conduct interviews for administrative roles, and provide feedback to candidates.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external networks to advertise vacancies and ensure effective outreach.

Track recruitment progress, prepare status updates, and advise hiring managers throughout the process.

Support and troubleshoot the e-recruitment system, acting as a focal point for internal and external users.

Contribute to proactive recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
HR Generalist aspects:

Assist in developing and updating HR guidance

Maintain and update career pages and support HR promotional campaigns.

Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Monitoring & Reporting

Prepare workforce planning, recruitment status, and HR metrics reports, including analysis and recommendations.

Support reporting related to performance management and learning and development.

Produce additional statistical and analytical reports as required.

Provide administrative and coordination support across HR functions as needed.
The role requires proven professional expertise with strong attention to detail, a client-focused approach that provides clear guidance in line with established policy, and excellent drafting and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment, and demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
