We are seeking a credible, engaging and immediately available Interim HR Manager for 3 months to work for a group of independent schools in South West London. The Interim HR Manager will be highly experienced and ideally come from the Education sector or possibly a regulated industry who can highlight a strong understanding of Generalist HR practices and Compliance. A strategic thinker who can quickly hit the ground running and inject leadership alongside supporting a small HR team.

Profile
You will be credible, self-sufficient and demonstrate an empathetic manner to oversee relationships internally and externally whilst being at the forefront of defining best practice and regulatory compliance. You need to be a very pro-active individual who will embrace the freedom to inject energy and initiative through the roll out of new ideas and improvement of current HR practices. The Ideal candidate will CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with a passion for embedding and living by company values. Experience of managing a payroll via an external payroll bureau essential.
