I am currently partnering with a leading social enterprise organisation to hire a Reward and Benefits expert to join them on a contract basis to support their recently merged new business,
The role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Lead a comprehensive review of existing employee benefits and terms and conditions across the Group.
- Co-ordinate and collate expert benchmarking and market analysis from benefits brokers, salary benchmarking providers and pensions partners.
- Complete an internal review and summary of existing benefits and T&Cs, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities.
- Design a reward and benefits evaluation framework
- Design and launch an internal survey
- Analyse colleague feedback alongside external benchmarking and professional advice.
- Coach HR and People Partners to support working groups and capture feedback from colleagues unable to attend sessions.
- Plan and execute a comprehensive consultation process
- Coach HR and People Partners on managing consultation processes effectively and consistently.
- Summarise findings from internal and external reviews and present consultation proposals to Executive Board and Common Board.
- Confidently present analysis and recommendations at Executive and Board level, responding to challenge and scrutiny.
- Lead the procurement of new benefits and manage the closure of ceasing benefits contracts via the contracted broker.
- Collaborate closely with benefits, benchmarking and pensions providers to enable approved changes.

- Significant experience as a reward and benefits consultant or senior reward professional.
- Demonstrable experience of leading successful colleague consultations, including delivery of uniform terms and conditions.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience presenting to Executive teams and Boards, confidently handling challenge and debate.
