We are looking for a highly ambitious, credible, and commercially focused Interim Senior HR Business partner to join a renowned Global beverage organisation.
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of the EMEA HR team and a critical member of the Germany & Northern European Leadership team.
The role is based in Frankfurt and will require travel from the UK to Germany, once every two weeks
Experience
- Strong ER/Works Council management and partnership
- Fluent German
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, ER, diversity, performance management and employment legislation -Austria/Germany.
- Min 10 years working experience in HR functions, preferably with experience of working as a Business Partner to a MD/leadership team heading up the HR function ideally in Germany
- Experience in envisioning, developing and implementing new strategies and plans to address competitive, complex business issues

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be working closely with the senior leadership team where you will play a vital role in the progression of the business. The successful candidate will be highly empathetic with an ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.

The role is inside IR35 and offers a competitive day rate between £400-£500 per day via an umbrella organisation.
