To deliver the organization’s strategic aims for membership growth and engagement and to provide leadership to the membership team. The postholder will be responsible for proactively managing the membership communications and processes so that regulatory professionals view membership as an essential component of their career and professional development.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this role will work closely with the Senior Management Team to provide an integrated approach to delivering the Board’s strategy.

Collaborate with the Chief Executive to develop high-level membership strategies and goals.

Develop and implement detailed strategies for the growth of membership by country, by sector, by age, and other key indicators.

Create strategies for the retention of and engagement with the membership community.

Develop and communicate the member value proposition for the range of regulatory professionals who make up the membership base.

Evaluate and introduce new member products and services in line with the value proposition, the overall strategy, budgets, and communications strategy.

Plan and execute membership communications to ensure maximum member engagement is maintained at all times, in line with the overall company communications strategy.
