Are you a Motorcycle Aftersales Support Manager with excellent motorcycle dealer operations and performance measurement experience?
We are recruiting for a global automotive organisation who is seeking an Aftersales Support Manager to manage the implementation and maintenance of their dealer business reporting programme across the European Region. Working with local Country management and Area managers, you will ensure essential components of the programme are maintained, that important KPIs are collated and utilised, and that ultimately, the programme delivers its key objectives. You will be required to travel extensively around the European region.
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
- Experience of Motorcycle dealer operations and performance measurement
- A good understanding of KPI reporting
- Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and apply continuous improvement
- Excellent PC skills in-particular Excel and Power Point
- Ability to clearly communicate and influence at different levels within the organization
- Ability to organise and prioritise work to ensure that deadlines are met
- Ability to travel regularly within Europe
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills , enthusiastic and good interpersonal skills. Must have a proven track record within the motorcycle industry. Excellent long term potential to be more involved strategically and potentially a permanent role. Excellent opportunity to gain the wide experience of Pan European Motorcycle Dealer activity and performance .The role is a 12 month contract and is inside IR35. The pay rate is £180 per day PAYE or £240 via an umbrella agency.
