Organisational Change Manager - FTC

Are you a passionate change leader with a track record of driving successful system implementations? We’re looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead the change strategy for our global HRIS implementation project. This is an initial 6-9 months contract position where candidates must be immediately available, hit the ground running and have the agility to work flexibly and in line with business needs. 

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with project sponsors, leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of our new HR system (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday). You’ll design and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy that engages stakeholders and mitigates risk and resistance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a holistic OCM strategy aligned to the HRIS project timeline.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to understand change impacts and support needs.

  • Create targeted communications and engagement campaigns to build awareness and readiness.

  • Design and coordinate key change interventions including town halls, feedback sessions, and leadership briefings.

  • Collaborate with L&D teams to ensure training aligns with the overall change strategy.

  • Monitor adoption, track, and adjust plans to address resistance or emerging concerns.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and project teams to help drive alignment and gain buy-in.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in change management, particularly within technology or HRIS implementations (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).

  • Familiarity with change methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across diverse regions (e.g. EMEA).

  • Ability to create compelling engagement strategies that resonate with varied audiences.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and evolving environment.

Please note: This is a project role and responsibilities may evolve in line with business needs.
