We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join the Legal team for an amazing Software company in their brand-new Paddington Offices, on a super flexible hybrid basis.

Your responsibilities would include:
- Assisting with research, drafting and preparation of legal contract documents
- Gathering relevant information to prepare contacts and other legal documents
- Using Adobesign/Docusign
- Analysing and summarising Legal contracts
- Generating presentations and reports along with other admin duties
- Assisting with process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety
You must bring with you
- Previous experience as a Paralegal ideally within a sales driven organisation.
- An understanding of sales, sales ops, procurement processes
- Good knowledge of general legal terminology and legal principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to analyse and review contracts and legal documents
- Experience dealing with RFPs, bid responses
- Good understanding of electronic contract databases, MS Office applications, Salesforce, Adobesign/Docusign and contract matter management solutions
- Excellent communication skills with Stakeholders across all levels
- An awareness and willingness to work around the Australian time difference

This is a fully flexible role looking for at least 1 day a week in their fabulous new offices, right outside Paddington Station and could also be an option for someone looking for reduced hours, with a minimum of 30 hours.
