We are looking for a tenacious, confident individual to help support our key marketing and sales activity. As a business we have invested heavily in our Marketing over the past year and have built a strong brand presence on social media by producing relevant content and running regular workshops and training sessions for Clients and Candidates. We are now really excited that this has dictated us needing a charismatic relationship builder to help us build on the success and enhance these new relationships.
We are looking for a creative individual who understands the marketing process but is keen to manage the follow up, so taking warm leads and having positive conversations to increase our network.
The role will be supporting our Marketing Manager on running the events but then managing the follow up to build a pipeline of potential new Clients and Candidates.
The role
Following up events and marketing activities to develop new warm relationships.
Identifying touch points throughout the relationship.
Tracking activity and using a defined process to achieve results.
About you
Results driven with an outstanding communication style.
Ability to engage with Senior Candidates and Board Level Clients.
A curious nature, always looking to find new innovative ways to find results.
Excellent written skills with a passion for social media.
An interest or previous Recruitment experience could be really helpful but is not essential
