As the Performance and Development Manager - EMEA you will be working in a standalone capacity partnering with the wider, international arms of the business to create and implement talent programmes that will enhance the talent offering and increase attraction and of course retention.
The Business
A multinational, professional services organisation who supports well established corporate businesses to ensure they can run. They have a presence across EMEA and America and over the last few years have significant change to their structure that has increased capabilities and succession plans.
Requirements of the role
- Building strong relationship across an international scale to drive initiatives and increase engagement
- Analyse effectiveness of current programmes and amend or enhance what is being offered to employees and stakeholders
- Influence and present ideas to board level members
- Work collaboratively with international teams being aware of culture differences
About you
You will be passionate about people, development and engagement. You will have ideally worked across EMEA and have an understanding of American culture. The ability to influence and create solutions will be key to this position.
