Are you looking for a role where you a key in leading a team to oversee the wider PR communications from inception to delivery? We are looking for a PR Communications Manager to join a well-known automotive business in Berkshire for this opportunity.
Working alongside the Head of EU Communications, you will be developing industry-leading content across various channels to convey key messages to their target audiences. You will be travelling to key product launches across the EU so we are looking for someone who is passionate about seeing the delivery of all their hard work too!
What you’ll be doing
This role sits within the automobile division of the business but will be working closely with the wider business including motorcycles & power tools. In this role you will be:
- Creating and managing a Communications/PR calendar which maximises brand visibility at key moments throughout the year.
- Leverage, develop and manage top-tier media relationships relevant to their core audiences, exploring opportunities for increased coverage including partnerships, sponsorships, events and Ambassadors.
- Working with various heads of departments to develop new ideas and innovative strategies to develop product brand narrative.
- Coordinate with the other key Heads of departments and senior stakeholders to understand their key objectives and how their activities can be used to benefit corporate communications activity.

What you will bring to the team:
Excellent communication skills is a given in such a vital role, but it will be advantageous if you are bi-lingual in other European languages. Alongside an additional language, we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of what is effective content for European media.
As you a department manager, team management experience is key so we are looking for someone with a strong focus on leadership and motivation skills within their team.
2022 Brings a number of challenges, but we are looking for someone who has a strong knowledge of the changing use of digital and social media and how this can be used to address key business objectives
This is a department managerial role, so in order to be successful in the role you will need to be comfortable with PR & Social media evaluation techniques, and how to use them to clearly evaluate the success of activity through the financial year.
