We are recruiting for an exciting temporary position with a well known global company who are seeking a meticulous and exceptionally well organised Retail Pricing Coordinator.
You will provide support to Retail Pricing team during the testing and implementation of a new banking system. The Retail Pricing department are responsible for all aspects of dealer finance packages, from pricing through to the payment of commission and the creation of campaign plans.
This is a varied operational position with an emphasis on the preparation of dealer rates, reporting, and campaign set ups. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to interpret and analyse data, and present findings in a logical manner.
Key responsibilities
- Input of dealer rates and terms packages to system
- Assist with the preparation of dealer pricing reviews
- Maintain list of all rates and terms, and expiry dates
- Setup of campaign plans, and provide related support to internal customers
- Assist with the production of Support Commission accruals
- Assist with the preparation of monthly residual value data, and competitor analysis.
- Maintain dealer rates and contact details for third party finance calculators.
- Support the testing of the new core banking system
- Assist with the documentation of new procedures.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. You will also have the ability to use databases and spreadsheets (MS Access and Excel) at an advanced level.
This role is inside IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate of £110.81 (£28,811 equivalent). The role is hybrid based in Bracknell, 35 hrs a week with an early finish on a Friday at 1pm.
