Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Denham is currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join their sourcing team within their procurement department.
The Procurement Administrator will play a key role in managing administrative processes, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring efficient system and departmental coordination across several platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding, vendor changes, interface issue resolution, and system user support. Manage requisitions, invoice approvals, and vendor lifecycle tasks.
- Support supplier and internal stakeholder communication regarding cybersecurity accreditations and risk reporting.
- Manage debit note records, processes CPC orders, and supports U.S. government requisition reporting.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation. Maintain supplier communication and sourcing documentation.
- Prepare reporting materials, manage policies, maintain SharePoint content, and coordinate office supplies and courier services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within a procurement or sourcing environment.
- Proficiency with SAP and Medius systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
