We are exclusively recruiting for a Project Administrator on a 6 month contract basis for a Global Automotive Finance organisation.
The successful candidate will support the the Programme Office and Project Team who are responsible for implementing a new retail banking system. You will be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail who will support the Programme Office and Project Team in the co-ordination, planning and status reporting of the Programme.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and recording time spent on project by programme contractors.
- Maintaining all programme documentation in the document library (includes plans, signed documents, minutes of meetings etc).
- Maintaining and monitoring logs -following up on actions.
- Attending teams meetings and providing agendas/minutes of meetings.
You must be well-organised, reliable and have experience of dealing with sensitive /confidential information. Excellent Teams/SharePoint and Excel skills essential. Experience as a Project Coordinator or Projects Administrator or involvement in a large programme environment beneficial.
